So it's been about a year since I last made one of these.

I want to apologize for my inactivity, for my lack of commenting, etc. A little more then a month after my last journal entry, I left school, utterly and completely burned out on art, and, subsequently, losing a lot of interest in DA (not to mention the fact it's gotten to be a horrible source of art for the most part). I've been drawing off and on since then, but it hasn't been the same.

It's tempting to just purge my gallery. Hell, my latest deviation is a year old (although I'm rather fond of it). It'd be like getting rid of skeletons in the closet, so to speak. But I realized that's just another form of caring too much, another way to go and burn myself down again.

So I'm just taking it slow. I'll certainly be posting off and on. Maybe I'll even get a new account, start over, when I feel like it's worth it.

I'm still keeping an eye on you all though, so I want to keep seeing you pump out the awesome artwork that keeps this site from completely becoming worthless.
